Produced biannual press preview events for Mavi Jeans, hosting 50-60 media to unveil new collections through immersive, brand-right experiences. Partnered with the client and agency to secure venues, curate catering menus, and design interactive guest stations—from DIY terrariums and engraved candles to custom bouquet-making.

Managed full event production including theme development, vendor coordination, budget oversight, and on-site execution. Oversaw the sourcing of fashion display items like racks and mannequins, collaborating with the brand team to merchandise each collection in a visually compelling and editorially driven way.
